The Registration Lottery

Because the retreat has repeatedly sold out within minutes of registration opening online, this year registration will be conducted by lottery.

You may enter the lottery by submitting a Lottery Form no later than August 12, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. MST. We will draw names and contact those drawn the next day with instructions for registering and submitting payment. Payment in full will be required in order to register. If someone whose name is drawn in the lottery does not register by August 16, another name will be drawn and that person will be permitted to register.
